Fredric N. Goldberg practices in the area of corporate law, with an emphasis in mergers and acquisitions and in the area of college and university law. In addition, he has developed substantive expertise in the fields of technology law and the law of natural resources. Fred also handles litigation involving the substantive legal specialties with which he is familiar, and has had several reported cases, including Schneidewind v. ANR Pipeline Co., 485 U.S. 293 (1988); Ludwig v. Board of Trustees of Ferris State University et al. (6th Cir., 1997); and MCWC v. Nestle Waters North America, Inc, 269 Mich App 25 (2005). Fred is a member of the Grand Rapids Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan, with high distinction, and is also an honors graduate of the University of Michigan Law School.
