John C. Arndts

John C. Arndts' practice includes providing general business advice and corporate legal services to both public and private companies and individuals in a wide variety of business matters including mergers and acquisitions and dispositions, contract negotiation, drafting and review, entity selection and formation matters for emerging businesses, including owner control and buy-sell arrangements, corporate and commercial finance, commercial loan documentation and review, loan workouts, secured transactions, and general bankruptcy representation. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan (Business Section), the Grand Rapids Bar Association and the American Bar Association (Business Section). John graduated from Western Michigan University with a bachelor of science degree and received his law degree from the University of Toledo College of Law.
