Kimberly is a civil litigator, with particular emphasis in the areas of employment (including fraud investigation), trademark and environmental law. She received her bachelor’s of science degree in biology from Illinois Wesleyan University, graduating magna cum laude. Kimberly received her law degree from Widener University School of Law, magna cum laude. She is active in the West Michigan community and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Literacy Center of West Michigan, and is the Secretary and a member of the Board of Directors of the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan, Western Region.
