Leonard M. Hoffius received his bachelor's degree in business administration from Western Michigan University and his law degree cum laude from Wayne State University. He is admitted to practice law in Michigan and Colorado. Len specializes in the areas of corporate and business law, mergers and acquisitions, food distribution, real estate, and liquor licensing, and has represented large and small clients in these areas since 1968. Len also acts as a general civil mediator for the Kent County Court System and Dispute Resolution Center. He is past President of the Kent County Chapter of the American Cancer Society and Director of United Way of Kent County.
