Ronald J. Clark received his bachelor's degree from Wabash College, and he graduated from Wayne State University, cum laude, with a law degree in 1969. Ron is a member of the Grand Rapids and American Bar Associations, the State Bar of Michigan and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He is experienced in all areas of civil litigation, specializing in securities regulation and anti-trust litigation, as well as class actions. Ron has handled several reported cases in the securities regulation/anti-trust area, including In re Dell Computer Corporation, Case No. A-93-CA-298-SS (W.D. Tex.); In re Energy Management Systems Securities Litigation, MDL 637 (E.D.N.Y.); In re NASDAQ Market-Makers Antitrust Litigation, Case No. 94 Civ. 3996, MDL 1023 (S.D.N.Y.).
