Michael C. Haines, a member of the law firm of Mika Meyers Beckett & Jones PLC, was recently reappointed as Chairman of the Legal and Legislative Committee of the Michigan Oil and Gas Association. The Michigan Oil and Gas Association is an association of more than 900 company and individual members who are engaged in all aspects of oil and gas exploration and production in Michigan. Mr. Haines concentrates his practice in the areas of natural resources, oil and gas, public utility and business law. He has been a member of the Legal and Legislative Committee for 36 years.
