Fredric N. Goldberg, a member of the firm, participated in a panel discussion among water law experts concerning the Great Lakes Water Resources Compact at the University of Michigan Law School on October 5. The program was co-sponsored by the University of Michigan Law School’s Environmental Law and Policy Program and the National Wildlife Federation. Mr. Goldberg has worked extensively with the Water Resources Conservation Advisory Council and other policymakers on issues regarding the implementation of Michigan’s recent water withdrawal law. The WRCAC advises the Michigan Legislature on water law and policy issues.
